How to order a PS3 Repair Service

Step One | Choose a Standard PS3 Repair or Premium PS3 Repair Service

You must choose either the flat rate Standard PS3 Repair or the flat rate Premium PS3 Repair. Our services will fix your PS3 regardless of the problem for one flat rate. If you still can't decide, click on the red buttons below for more information about a specific service or click on the blue button below to go to the comparison page. When you have decided just add the service to your cart and check out.

Step Two | Check out for your service

Once you have decided which PS3 service is right for you. You will need to checkout for that service. When you click on one of the red checkout buttons it will add that service to your cart. Then click the green checkout button and you will be taken to our secure cart system.
We will collect some necessary information from you: Shipping address, Billing address, contact information, payment and information about your PS3. Our cart system is HTTPS secure and exceeds industry standard security guidelines.
We accept payment before the repair service in order to speed up the process. This way we can get it fixed and send back to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that we cannot fix your PS3 we will refund you the cost of the repair service.
Once you checkout for your service you will be given a repair number. We will use this number to track your PS3 though out the repair service. If you ever want an update please include this number in your phone call or email so that we can give you a quicker response.

Step Three | Ship your PS3 to us or Wait for the worry free box.

Standard PS3 Repair Service
If you order the standard PS3 repair service, Please ship your PS3 to the address below. We highly recommend taking your PS3 to a UPS store or Fed Ex store and letting them pack and ship it. This way they can recommend a safe shipping method. You are responsible for getting your PS3 to us safely; we highly recommend tracking and insurance.

Note: Do not ship anything except the PS3 itself. We do not need controllers, cords, etc. Retail boxes will not be returned, we must use our packing to qualify for our insurance.

Premium PS3 Repair Service
If you order the Premium PS3 repair service we will ship you a worry free box for your PS3. The boxes will ship same day if you order before 2:00pm on business days or next business day after 2:00pm. Most boxes will arrive in 2-4 business days.

Once the box arrives please follow the instructions inside the box. If you have any questions please give us a call at 314-844-2549 or email us.

Note: If your box doesn't arrive in about 4 business days please email us! This means their could be an issue with shipping.
