Total Warranty Program
Our total warranty program is given to every PS3 that we repair that has a Sony factory seal. If you order the Premium PS3 Repair Service the warranty period is one full year. If you order the Standard PS3 Repair Service the warranty period is six months.
Total warranty covers your entire PS3. It is a simple no questions asked warranty program. If your PS3 breaks down in any way during the warranty period, we will fix it at no cost to you, no questions. This adds a lot of value to our PS3 repair services because once you pay the flat rate, you know that you will be covered in the same way as a manufactures warranty.
This warranty is different than many other shops that only cover the issue they repaired. At Fix My Playstation it doesn't make sense to us for someone to pay $140 for a reball, only to have their PS3's blu-ray drive give out 90 days later and have to pay another $100. With our flat rate repair you can pay $99.95 or $149.95 and have your PS3 covered completely for 6 months or a year. Period.
Shipping is included in both warranties for the first 60 days. After the 60 day period no shipping is covered. For other information please see the terms of service.

Many PS3s that do not have a Sony Factory seal have been opened and worked on prior to our service. Although our repair may last for years and years, we are not able to guarantee the stability of the PS3. Damage could have been done that we cannot detect, especially when a heat gun is involved. We are more than will to repair PS3s that have been opened but we are not able to take on the liability of an extended warranty. If you have a question about this please call us at 1-314-669-9593.

How to redeem a PS3 warranty service
In the unfortunate event you need a warranty service please contact us at sales@fixmyplaystation.org. In the email please include your name, brief description of the issue and your repair number. This will help us look you up quickly and send you the information you need.
Once we receive your warranty request we will send you a link to a work order. Please print this off and send it in with your PS3. Warranties will be verified when we receive the PS3.
